What is NuzzlePups?

NuzzlePups is about cuddling with your dog and wearing something cozy together. We are creating matching hoodies and pajamas for dogs and their people, with a small selection of prints and personalized touches.

Can I place an order yet?

Not yet. We are preparing a fresh collection. Available products and ordering details will appear on the store when we are ready to launch.

How will matching outfits work?

Each listing will clearly explain whether it includes clothing for you, your dog, or both. Check the items and sizes in your cart before ordering so everyone gets their own piece of cozy.

Will I be able to personalize clothing?

Personalization will be available on selected pieces. Eligible listings will show the available options, text limits, and placement. Please check names and spelling carefully before placing an order.

Size and care

How do I choose a size for my dog?

Use the size chart for the specific garment. Measure your dog's chest, neck, and back as directed by that chart rather than choosing by breed alone. If you are unsure, contact us before ordering.

How do I choose my own size?

Compare your measurements with the size chart on the product page. Different styles can fit differently, so check the chart for each piece rather than relying on your usual size.

How should I wash matching or personalized pieces?

Follow the care label and the instructions for each individual product. The clothing for you and your dog may have different care requirements, especially when personalization is added.

Ordering and support

What will shipping cost, and how long will delivery take?

We are finalizing fulfillment for the new collection. We will publish production estimates, delivery information, shipping charges, and available destinations before accepting orders.

What about returns, exchanges, or changes to personalization?
